This comprehensive 4-hour course focuses on the Hand and Foot ‘M’ Technique®. Participants will learn how to apply the Hand ‘M’ Technique® to induce relaxation in approximately 5 minutes, whether the individual is fragile, critically ill, or experiencing stress.

This 4-hour virtual instruction course covers the Hand and Foot 'M' Technique®. Consistent with the original format of the in-person classes, the 'M' Technique® Hand and Foot Course will be conducted via Zoom classroom sessions. To ensure privacy and confidentiality, registered participants will receive the Zoom meeting ID and password. Registration is available to residents of the United States and Canada (participants from other countries require prior approval from the instructor). The class size is limited to 8 attendees. All interactive (Zoom) sessions will be scheduled according to the Eastern Time Zone.
